One of my houseplants has spiderwebs all over it and a web nest on one of the leaves,?

what can I do to kill what is ailing this plant? Is it spider mites? I've heard of spider mites but have never had them on my plants before.

It is spider mites. Treat them with neem oil, insecticidal soap or Shultz Houseplant Insect Killer. Spray bottoms and tops of leaves. 90% of them are on the bottom os the leaves.
Reply:You may want to wash the plant once in a while. A outside rain is good for a plant once in a while. A little seven will also help keep pest down
Reply:Mist it with a solution of soapy water. It may be necessary to repeat this a few times.
