what would be the best thing in a 4 gallon terrarium made of hard plastic. I do not want extra lights, just 12H a day room light. it has a secure lid so the top is not a problem. please no spiders, everyone here hates spiders. nothing that needs to scratch and could go through the plastic. if they need any special habitats, like lots of branches or plants please tell me and some tips on how to make it. plese no more than like 4-6 inches of water or it will leak, it is 12 inches tp to bottom, 12 inches on the front and 8 inches on the side(12*8*12)

How about a white's tree frog? Of course, you would need to warm the terrarium...they are easy to care for (but you do have to care for them properly) and fun!
