Waterbased aerosol for plants?

i've tried so many types of chemical spray, both powder and liquid form, still doesnt get rid of the white flies %26amp; tiny red spider around my rose bushes, infact they're growing more and more, in an agressive way, can i use waterbased aerosol on them? how frequent? is oil based ok as well? i just finished 1 can of waterbased, not sure if there's any harm to the rose bushes.

sugggestion and advise please?

Waterbased aerosol for plants?
water based aerosol is sometimes good as a pesticide and insecticide .....as the entire plant receives protection..but its equally harmful as the lot of chemicals in it increase the concentration of the plant parts..and it wilts and dries up...u can use aerosols but ur use should be very limited.....u can ask help from an experienced gardener for some natural remedies...which are safe to use...
