I'd like to throw the little creeps to my plant when I find them in the house. Will the venom harm the plant as the spider is digested?

No, your venus flytrap will not be harmed by the spider. A spider's venom will not harm a plant- only animals and other insects. And there is a very good chance that the spider is not poisonous- even though it wouldn't harm the plant anyway.
